Dispatch - Basic

Introduction

Today's training will be entirely on Discord, dispatch does not have in-game training.

Management

Dispatch Basic is managed and trained by LETI Instructors.

MDT Tutorial

You can access the MDT by going to the Infinity Portal. https://infinityplayrp.com/mdt?s=1

This allows you to create a record such as arrests, etc.

This allows you to search by name and plate.

This deploys a panic button for yourself.

You are able to create new calls and bolos by pressing the create button and filling out the prompted fields.

On the dispatch side of the panel https://infinityplayrp.com/mdt?s=3 you are able to attach units to calls, de-tach units, have a notepad, and manually trigger MDT Sounds such as Signal 100.

Type	Meaning
ALS	Advanced Life Support
BLS	Basic Life Support
Structure Fire (Residental)	Housing area fire.
Structure Fire (Commerical)	Stores, etc.
Major Incident	Scenes requiring a lot of major department response.
Special Incident Heavy Rescue	Heaavy Emergency Resources Needed.
Mayday	Down firefighters, etc.

Dispatch is quite simple. No additional training is needed.
